Tuesday, November 12 is slated release date for Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which makes today the perfect time for a launch trailer!

The launch trailer provides fans with one last look at Miles's new home in East Harlem. It also focuses on some of the threats he'll face as he ventures to become a Spider-Man.

Insomniac Games continues to go into detail about upgrade paths for the inevitable PS4 to PS5 jump that many users will make use of. Let's take a look at that following the launch trailer, also seen below.

To obtain your upgrade, you will need to insert your PS4 Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales game disc into your PlayStation 5 console with Ultra HD Blu-Ray disc drive, navigate to the Game Hub and select the upgrade offer to download a digital version of the PS5 version of the game, which you can then play while your PS4 disc is in the drive.

If you purchase a digital copy of the PS4 version of the Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales game, you can simply navigate to the  Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Game Hub on your PS5 console and select the upgrade offer to download the PS5 version. Note: you will need to log into your PS5 console with the same PlayStation Network account that you were using when you purchased the PS4 version of the game.

Additionally, if you buy a digital copy of a PS5 edition of the game, you can also download the standard PS4 version on your PlayStation 4 console, in case you’d like to play while waiting for your PS5 console to arrive. Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales features a save export feature from PS4, so you can export your saved game progress and then reimport on your PS5.
