Skybound Games and Beamdog announced that the classic Dungeons & Dragons fantasy RPG, Neverwinter Nights, is out for the first time on consoles today in the form of Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition. This includes a digital release and boxed versions of the game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. All versions will be available for $49.99 (USD).
What can you expect from this modern release of a 2002 classic? You get the game, you get the DLC that offers another 100 hours of gameplay, you get 10 standalone D&D adventures that feature co-op and online multiplayer. This has all of the base campaign content, Shadows of Undrentide, and Hordes of the Underdark expansions. There are also free downloads of the premium modules for things like Wyvern Crown of Cormyr and Pirates of the Sword Coast.
