More behind closed doors showings.

Members of the games press, media, and trade visitors will get another behind closed doors gameplay showcase of Cyberpunk 2077 soon. Plus, gameplay will be shown to those in general attendance at Gamescom 2019 this August.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be played live by those on the development team at the Cyberpunk 2077 booth in Hall 6, Stand C049. These presentations will run from Wednesday, August 21 through Saturday, August 24. This will be available to everyone with Entertainment area pass holders that are at Gamescom. The press members at Gamescom will get those private showings starting on Tuesday, August 20 through Thursday, August 22.

There is also the first "offline qualifier of the official Cyberpunk 2077 Cosplay Contest" at Gamescom 2019. This event will be held on August 23 where contestants will be competing for a $2,000 first place prize along with various Cyberpunk 2077 merch, and a spot in the Grand Finale and a shot at the $30,000 prize pool.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on April 16, 2020 for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
