Despite The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim being shown off during the Nintendo Switch reveal, Bethesda said that they cannot confirm that the game will actually come to the Switch.A Bethesda spokesperson issued this statement to GI.biz earlier today.
"We're happy to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Nintendo on the video. While we are not confirming any specific titles at this time, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo and support of the Switch. We look forward to revealing specific games and details in the future."
That seems super weird that they won't confirm Skyrim on the Switch and yet allowed the game to be shown during the reveal video? Let's just hope that this isn't a Wii and Wii U situation all over again with third-party support.
