  I think what's getting lost in translation here is that in this case 'capabilities' means 'all the things you can do with it.' As in, the things it is able to do. Features. And 'powerful' is the one that has the most features.
  
  Not, y'know, how we'd normally think of 'powerful' in terms of resolution and framerate and such.

  Remains to be seen if Microsoft use those servers for anything interesting, but right now it's still a game console limited mainly to a developer's creativity and nothing else.
  
  I hate 'Cloud', it's just a marketing term so dumb people can picture something they need instead of understanding the process behind it.

  Granted, the Xbox One shipped with jack squat as far as features go, most of which had to come in a day one 1GB update, including the ability to play games. Or... see your remaining battery life for your controller. Or... see how much HDD space you have left. The battery life and HDD things are not included.   The cloud, any cloud, cannot make hardware or software in your home more powerful.
  
  It could save you hard drive space or run something from somewhere far away, but your box still has to work with it and if you have sucky internet, good luck.
