Notably, Valve has the Steam Deck LCD 64GB model on sale for 15% off, making it just $296.65. The Steam Deck LCD 512GB model is 25% off, bringing it down to $336.75. This sale unfortunately excludes the 256GB LCD model and both of the OLED models of the Steam Deck. Still, being able to pick up any new Steam Deck for under $300 doesn't sound too bad at all.
It does appear that there is a good reason why it's only those two models on sale though. A little "fine print" detail on the sale page notes that both the 64GB and 512GB LCD models are being phased out. They say that once their existing supply of those models are sold out, they were no longer be available.
Valve also suggests checking out the Steam Deck Top Played page to see what Deck owners are playing. There's no broad sale on any of these titles or anything, they just want you to go check it out. I see No Man's Sky is on sale though. That's a pretty good game!
