    The SHMUP Fest begins September 25th.
    Text: Steam SHMUP Fest. September 25 - October 2.

    Another themed Steam Fest is coming next week. Starting on September 25th the Steam SHMUP Fest begins and will run through until October 2nd. This Fest is all about the game full of power-ups, bullets, projectiles, and more mayhem.

    As usual, the Steam SHMUP Fest includes discounts on games that fall under the "shoot 'em up" genre. There will also be new demos to try out during the Fest. The Steam SHMUP Fest will take place here on Steam once the Fest officially begins on the 25th.

        The Steam SHMUP Fest is officially live on Steam. This new fest runs from now through to October 2 at 10AM (PT). As per usual with other Steam Fests, this one includes big discounts and demos that fall under the "shoot 'em up" (SHMUP) category.

        Just from a quick glance at the sales, there are some great games included in this Fest. There's Brotato on sale for just $3.99, Enter the Gungeon at $4.49, 20 Minutes Till Dawn at $3.99, and Soulstone Survivors...

        In case you were starting to come down off your high from the most recent Steam Fest, that being the Steam VR Fest that ended just three days ago, Valve has you covered already. On August 1st, the Steam Survival Fest will begin!

        Steam Next Fest: October Edition Announced

        Valve going one week without a Fest challenge (impossible).

        Valve just announced that the next Steam Next Fest will begin on October 9th. Unlike the previous Fest, which is the still ongoing Steam SHMUP Fest, this one is a Fest for everything. Everything? Everything. The Steam Next Fest: October Edition will run from October 9 through October 16 at 10AM (PT).
