Valve has officially launched the Steam Deck today. This portable gaming PC has started to ship out to those that got their reservations in and who then paid for the device once notified about their availability.
Valve says that the Steam Deck is the "first handheld device designed to play Steam games, with a custom processor developed in cooperation with AMD that makes it comparable to a gaming laptop." The Steam Deck allows you to play your Steam library anywhere and at any time. You can also install whatever other software you want or connect it to most peripherals and other PC hardware.
The Steam Deck starts at $399 (USD). Options with more internal storage are available for $529 and $649.
