  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Makarov Reveal Trailer

    Iiiiit's Makarov... aaaaagain.

Another new teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 came out today. In this Makarov focused trailer, we get a new look at series antagonist Vladimir Makarov alongside very brief glimpses of in-game footage.

This trailer, like the teaser trailer before it, is narrated by Captain Price. This trailer blends some live-action footage of Makarov getting a tattoo with some of those in-game pieces. We see stuff like swimming in frozen waters, an explosion, panicking civilians, infiltrating a big fortress, and some other usual Call of Duty fare.

A big reveal for Modern Warfare 3 is expected to take place on August 17 with a release scheduled for November 10. There may be more of these teasers shared between now and the big reveal next week, which we'll try to keep you updated on.

What do you think, we doing No Russian again?
I don't think you can repeat it, you either don't do it or you do something more controversial... somehow.

I mean... with how they're essentially rebooting/remaking these games, they'll probably have *something* as controversial included again. If they're creatively bankrupt, yeah... it's No Russian again.

Or maybe they'll realize that retreading that same ground won't have the same impact this time around. Not sure what they could do that would be more controversial to get a bunch of people talking about it online... short of them framing a No Russian-style mission but they pretend to be crisis actors made up of "SJWs" with help from "woke western developers" as they attack a group of Gamers™️ that just want big anime tiddies in their games where they play as straight white men.

Just remembered Sledgehammer's working on it, not that they'll have 100% creative control, but as far as i remember besides Kevin Spacey being in one of their games they haven't really done anything to create a ruckus.

Depends if you count making the very worst entries as a ruckus. WW2, Infinite Warfare (though the campaign was decent), Vanguard.
