With the global launch of Battlefield 6 on October 10th just days away, developer DICE and publisher Electronic Arts are fueling the hype with two brand-new trailers released this week.
For players eager to see more action, the studio has released the Official Launch Hype Trailer. This trailer is a cinematic showcase of the all-out warfare players can expect, highlighting intense gameplay, sprawling large-scale maps, and the signature vehicular combat the series is known for. It serves as one final preview before players can get their hands on the game this Friday.
The other trailer released this week is a live-action launch trailer. The trailer has at least one recognizable name in it (Zac Efron) and three others I absolutely do not recognize. Who are they? It doesn't matter. If you feel like live-action trailers with celebrities is too much for the Battlefield franchise and treads too far into "Call of Duty" territory, maybe take a couple of minutes to see where this one goes. It may surprise you.
