Earlier today, the official Battlefield Twitter account revealed that the game's new Obliteration mode was added to the Battlefield 4 beta.
Obliteration mode supports up to 24 player on the 360 and PS3 versions of the game. On the PC (and later PS4 and Xbone), the mode supports 32 players. A bomb is spawned at a random point on a map. The two teams fight over control of the bomb. The winning team is the one that has control of the bomb, transports the bomb to one of the objectives on the map, and then detonates it. The bomb resets at a new point and the game continues until three objectives have been destroyed for a team.
Has anybody tried this game mode yet? I'm only finding out that it was added now, so I haven't even hopped into the game yet to see it in action for myself.

The servers I frequent are only Conquest. Not that many populated serves in Europe. If there is no map/game mode rotation on the servers you will end up with half-populated servers at any time.
