AION 2 is coming to Steam later this year from NC America. The company says that the PC release will happen on both Steam and their own PURPLE platform.
This MMORPG follow-up will retain its open-world design, boasting a world that is "36 times larger than the original AION." There are also underwater areas to explore in addition to the aerial combat in PvE and PvP flavors.
Further news about this global release version of AION 2 will be shared in May. It was shared today that prior to servers going live in areas throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Japan, the game will be localized to 10 different languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
AION 2 offers both deep PvE and intense PvP, built on a foundation of freedom of movement and flight. The game showcases a best-in-class flying experience packed with spectacular aerial combat and environmental traversal. AION 2 features fast-paced combat that blends precision, timing, and positioning with traditional tab-targeting.
