You assume control over Daniil Dankovsky, whom is a physician, researcher, and prodigy. Thanks to your research "into the nature of death," you are brought to a remote town "deep in the eastern steppe" to seek a man that is said to be immortal.
Well, that immortal man isn't quite so immortal. After you arrive in the remote town, you find out that the immortal man is dead thanks to a mysterious plague. Start back over from the beginning. Fix your mistakes and try to save the town.
