Assassin's Creed Shadows has once again been delayed. The newest release date is now set for March 20, 2025.
This is at least the second time that Shadows has been delayed. The Ubisoft developed title was initially scheduled to be released on November 15, 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. In September 2024, Ubisoft announced that they were delaying the game until February 14, 2025.
Though the studio claimed that Shadows was feature complete at the time, Ubisoft said that they wanted to take the extra time to further polish the game and further expand upon some of their key features.
Today's new delay announcement says that they are going to take at least an extra month to implement feedback shared by the community following various preview videos.
