At The Game Awards 2024, the opening cinematic for Sid Meier's Civilization 7 was shown off for the first time. The opening cinematic wasn't the only new reveal of the night as the main them for Civilization 7 was also announced. That theme is called Live Gloriously and was composed by Grammy award winning composer Christopher Tin.
The opening cinematic video features voice-over work by Civilization 7 narrator Gwendoline Christie. You may know Christie for her previous work in Game of Thrones and Star Wars.
Sid Meier's Civilization 7 will be released on February 11, 2025 for PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC.
