  • Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition Announced for Mac

    CD Projekt Red announced today that Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is getting a Mac release for the first time. This release will be available to those running on Apple silicon, which includes the new iMac, Mac Mini, and MacBook Pro powered by the M4 family of chips.

    This official Mac release will offer the full suite of graphical options to Mac players. It will somehow offer a path tracing option in addition to frame generation and spatial audio support.

    CD Projekt Red says that the Mac release will be out in early 2025. A more specific release date and further details on this release will be shared "at a later time." This also naturally means we don't have any gameplay footage or even direct screenshots from the Mac release. The image included in this article is an earlier one from the PC and console release of the Phantom Liberty expansion.
