Remedy Entertainment, the studio behind games like Alan Wake and Control, just revealed their new 3-player co-op shooter. It's called FBC: Firebreak and is set within the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC), which fans will undoubtedly recognize from Control.
FBC: Firebreak places you in the role of one of the Bureau's "most adaptable response unit," called Firebreak. This team "has the skills and courage to restore order." And how do you restore order? You blast the hell out of a bunch of otherworldly forces.
This one seems like a bit more of a lighthearted game from Remedy. For example, one of the weapons appears to shoot out an exploding lawn gnome.
FBC: Firebreak will be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, PC via Epic, and will be a day one addition to PC Game Pass, Game Pass Ultimate, and PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium.
