Solo developer Walter Woods just announced a release date of August 13, 2024 for his "hand-crafted cosmic horror" game, Dark and Deep.
This game will be available through Steam on this date. It saw a successful showcase at PAX East recently and was also part of a recent Steam Next Fest. Dark and Deep is inspired by the illustrations of the 19th century artist Gustave Doré. The game "invites you to feel the terror of the unfamiliar" while going on a surreal journey and keeping a look out for the dangers that lurk about.
There will be puzzles to solve throughout. These puzzles are "unique light based puzzles" that will "challenge players to think on their feet."
