Sony just announced that their PlayStation Pulse Explore wireless earbuds will be out on December 6, 2024. In addition, the PlayStation Pulse Elite wireless headset will be out on February 21, 2024.
Pre-orders are set to open through direct.playstation.com and other retailers on November 9 at 10AM local time throughout the US, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Other regions will have to check out their regional retailers to see if they're offering pre-orders on the same day.
This information on release dates and pre-orders comes from the PlayStation Blog in an update to several announcements made back in August. The Pulse Explore wireless earbuds will retail for $199.99 (USD) and will offer a "premium portable audio experience." They will include dual microphones, "AI-enhanced noise rejection", and a charging case.
The Pulse Elite wireless headset will retail for $149.99 and will offer the same AI-enhanced noise rejection, a retractable boom mic, and a charging hanger that also serves as a place for you to store your headset when not in use.
A standalone PlayStation Link USB Adapter is also going on sale soon. Come December 6, you will be able to purchase this adapter on its own if you want, but one is included already with your purchase of the Pulse Elite or Pulse Explore.

Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore can simultaneously connect to a PlayStation Link supported device (PS5, PC, Mac, or PlayStation Portal) and a Bluetooth supported device. For example, Pulse Explore can be connected to PS5 (via the USB adapter) using PlayStation Link and also to a mobile phone through Bluetooth at the same time. While playing on PS5, gamers can instantly answer a call and hear it through the same Pulse Explore earbuds.
