The Nintendo Direct held earlier today included a couple of welcome surprises for the fans watching at home. Among those announcements was the reveal of a remake of Super Mario RPG. This beloved title has been given a major graphical overhaul and is slated to be released on the Nintendo Switch on November 17.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars first came out in 1996 on the Super NES. As you can safely assume, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars is a role-playing game that was a spin-off title developed by Square. This remake does not seem to involve Square Enix as far as we can tell.
