We may get our first official look at Yakuza 8.

Sega announces that Yakuza series developer, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, will host its RGG Summit stream on September 14. This stream may be the first time we get an official look at Yakuza 8 after a sneak peek was provided by an MMA fighter in July.

The stream is set to take place at 12PM (ET) on September 14. While hopes are high that an official reveal of Yakuza 8 will be provided, neither Sega nor Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have stated what will actually be shown off during this event.

RGG Studio is working on other, non-Yakuza games as well. They are continuing development on the Judgment series in some capacity. We also know that they are working on a mysterious new franchise. It's very possible we'll see something about these other projects as well.
