Torn Banner Studios and Tripwire Presents are offering players a free weekend to try out Chivalry 2. From March 17 through March 21, you can play Chivalry 2 for free through the Epic Games Store.

As is usual with these sorts of free weekends, there is also a sale for the game running at the same time. From now through March 23, you can save 33% off of the regular price of the game should you decide to purchase it after playing the free weekend. This 33% discount applies to both the base game's retail price of $39.99 (USD) and the Special Edition price of $49.99.

The free weekend follows the recent launch of the Chivalry 2: House Aberfell update, which introduced The Raid of Aberfell, a new, 64-player Team Objective map, complete with new playable Druids, the Highland Sword weapon, and a variety of new gameplay mechanics, including pig stealing, and even… weaponized BEES!
There is also a new "GOTY Trailer" out today for Chivalry 2. As it stands, Chivalry 2 is still a timed-exclusive on the Epic Games Store. It should start to appear on other PC storefronts around mid-June 2022.
