We have some new information for Evil Genius 2 hopeful fans out there. First up is word that the game will have a special Sandbox Mode for Evil Genius 2: World Domination. It will be free and made available at launch.
You can do whatever you want with however many different items you want in Sanbox Mode. As the press release says, you can fill up your floors with pinball bumper traps or make a maze for your minions to work their way through. It's all up to you as Sandbox modes tend to do.
The team also announces that there is a 10% discount on pre-purchases of the game. Those that own the first game on Steam will get a 15% discount instead of the paltry 10% discount. All pre-orders will get access to the Fountain of Youth and Trojan Horse in-game bonus items.
Also of note are the special Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition. You can see details about those two unique SKUs below.
Announcing the Deluxe Edition and Season One
