Developer Fibrum shared with us that their upcoming sci-fi VR shooter called Space Ops VR now has a release date. That date is none other than May 30. Their game will be available across a variety of headsets and controllers including the devices in the Vive, Oculus, and Windows Mixed Reality VR categories. It will be sold through Steam.
You play as a new recruit of the Space Ops, an "elite corps of first responders that guard perilous deep-space expeditions." These soldiers train in "cutting-edge simulations and compete to be the most efficient soldiers this side of the galaxy."
You can play these scenarios by yourself or cooperatively. There is a score-based PvP mode that includes leaderboards and a skill-based matchmaking system.
