Today, a couple of posters were leaked showing that yes, Destiny 2 is real and it's slated to be released on September 8. And by "posters" I mean those paper things you hang on walls and not random words posted on a message board.

The first came from Lega Network.it and the second looks to come from Eurogamer. I believe that there are other photos circulating of the poster but I figure two different sources is really all you need to know that it's probably legit. Lega Network's picture is below while Eurogamer's is pictured at the top.


The September 8 date is a Friday and may point to that being the European release date with the North American release coming on the Tuesday before for that week. The poster also seems to indicate that there will be a beta ahead of release and that the game will have some timed exclusive content on the PlayStation 4.

Kotaku's Jason Schreier said that the announcement for the game should be coming "soon."
