Tomorrow, December 5, Sony will begin to roll out their PlayStation 2 game support for the PlayStation 4. Sadly, this doesn't mean that you can pop in your old PS2 discs and expect them to be backwards compatible on the PS4. Instead, you will have to re-buy those old classics you hold near and dear to your heart. The initial lineup of games available is also quite small. The upside to this is the fact that all of these games are up-rendered to 1080p, they all include Remote Play functionality, Live Broadcast, Share Play, Activity Feed support, and Second Screen support. Those who love Trophies will be happy to hear that each game has Trophy support with feedback provided from each game's original developers.
