There are a couple of sales going on right now that are all about big savings on scary and horrifying games. Steam has the Steam Scream: The Revenge Halloween sale going on right now. Those who prefer the Epic Games Store can also get some savings in with their own Halloween sale.
Epic's sale is just kind of there. Valve's sale has a nifty new video to check out (seen below). Valve also included some items in their Steam Points Shop for those that want to get some Halloween or spooky-themed items for their Steam profiles. There are also freebies each day on Steam by way of Halloween-themed chat stickers that you can acquire.
Those buying from the Epic Game Store have until November 1st to get those savings. The Steam Scream: The Revenge stale ends on November 2 at 10AM (PT).
From a little glance at the Steam sale, I see stuff like the Resident Evil 4 remake for -34%, The Last of Us Part 1 at -20%, Dead by Daylight is -60%, Project Zomboid is -33%, Phasmophobia is -20, and Sons of the Forest at -20%. Those are just a few game sales I picked out at a quick glance. There are tons more games on sale for this, with something that will appeal to everyone (unless you don't like any horror at all).
