Artifact delayed
Valve's beta for Artifact has been delayed until November 19. The beta was supposed to begin this month but that isn't happening. There is also concern that the game itself, which is still slated to begin on November 28, will also be pushed back due to the very late start on the beta.

PC Gamer seems to be the first outlet to notice this delay. They spotted a tweet by Wykrhm Reddy, a known tester for Valve, in which the November 19 date was prominently featured for the start of the beta.

This date was then confirmed by others who reported receiving emails announcing the November 19 release date for the beta. The official Artifact Twitter account has since changed their bio to remove all mention of the beta. As of this writing, Valve has yet to issue an official statement on the apparent delay.

Those who attended various trade shows such as PAX and The International were promised beta access to Artifact. As far as I am aware, the first time the general public will get access to the game is on that November 28 release date. Artifact will not be another free-to-play title, instead it will retail for $20 when it releases.
