Treyarch confirmed that the original Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 are getting ported to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The ports are being handled by Iron Galaxy and will hit the PlayStation platform in July.
These PS4 and PS5 releases will include the full campaigns, multiplayer content, and Zombies. Though unconfirmed, it's assumed that the multiplayer downloadable content will be included in this re-release.
Neither XBOX nor PC really need a re-release given the fact that both of these Black Ops titles are still available to purchase and play on those platforms. For XBOX, those Black Ops titles are available to play thanks to backwards compatibility. Obviously the PC release can just be played same as ever, though I hear the multiplayer servers across all current platforms are absolutely infested with hackers.
