It should be safe to assume that the PlayStation 3 version will look just as bad as the Xbox 360 version shown above.
Don't forget that this is a $50 game that only includes multiplayer, has a variable framerate, and won't get many of the features that the new generation will have in spades.
If they "innovate" too much, they risk losing their old fans at the chance of gaining new ones.
Besides, if Treyarch isn't making it, the chances of actual innovation are slim to none. Infinity Ward sure as hell won't be innovation leaders. Sledgehammer? I suppose maybe. Sledgehammer at least introduced the vertical gameplay movement to the series which Treyarch fortunately held onto for Blops 3.
