Hellraiser fans can probably already tell you just how powerful the Lament Configuration is. That tiny box can summon all sorts of hellish beings of torment. It holds unspeakable power in the right hands. But did you know about the Genesis Configuration box?
A new gameplay trailer for Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival shows how this new box, the Genesis Configuration, is yours to command. Used for both combat and environmental puzzles, the Genesis Configuration can "launch saw blades, rail spikes, and more at enemies to maim and dismember them." It also gives you the power of Pyrokinesis that allows you to "absorb incandescent fire to burn away foes and the environment." You'll also be able to "summon forth the iconic Hell Chains to tear your opponents apart without mercy."
Hellraiser: Revival is expected to be released later this year. It's in development currently for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and will also release on PC via Steam. It's coming from Boss Team Games and Saber Interactive.
