WizKids, the company behind the official Baldur's Gate 3 mini figurine set that has turned heads for all the wrong reasons, will now offer full refunds to everyone that is unsatisfied with the product. The company made a public statement through their website, claiming that they "missed the mark" on these figures.
In addition to offering full refunds to unsatisfied customers, WizKids say that they are looking into what went wrong. They are also going to take measures to ensure that future products, as well as reprints, will not launch with similar issues.
