A new update is just around the corner for Infinity Nikki (warning: music auto plays on this site) on PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android. This update will arrive on December 30th and when it does a new season, Shooting Star, will kick off for a limited time. This will be Infinity Nikki's first major update and the new season will run until just January 23, 2025.
The Shooting Star Season will introduce players to new storylines, new platforming challenges, time-limited events, and new outfits to discover for the new year.
Infold Games says that during this season, there will be "shimmering meteors" that "will grace the night skies over Miraland." The residents of Miraland will "come together and cast their wishes upon the stars." The studio says that the event will see towns decorated for the event and players will be able to find "a series of new activities, rewards, and ways to interact with the cozy open-world."
They did not provide any specifics on what any of these new activities may be.
