The Game Awards featured a reveal trailer for a cozy little puzzle game about packing up to begin a new chapter of life. It's called One Move Away and it is a first-person narrative puzzle game that is part sentimental and part Tetris from Playstack (Balatro publisher) and Ramage Games. Slated to release in 2025 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, One Move Away will task you with making sure pieces of your life fit comfortably in your car before moving on.
Players will step into the lives of three different characters, each "uncovering their personal stories and emotions hidden within the items they pack. Each move offers a fresh perspective on the excitement, melancholy, and nostalgia of starting a new chapter."
