A small development studio, Team Vivat, just announced that their open world action game, Vivat Slovakia, now has English voice acting and subtitles. Vivat Slovakia is an open-world action title set in 1990s Slovakia that is currently available through Steam Early Access. The game is "based on documented events that shocked a nation."
You play as an undercover police officer working as a taxi driver. Set in a 10km2 recreation of 1990s Bratislava, you will "infiltrate the city's dangerous underworld, where government officials make backroom deals with crime bosses and business tycoons trade briefcases in dark alleys."
I actually downloaded this and gave it a try for a shot time before this post and I was kind of surprised by the game. It's obviously still in Early Access. There are definitely some issues but it's surprisingly competent. There's a shader compilation when first starting the game. There are decent number of graphical options and settings. The game even includes a photo mode. It'll be interesting to keep an eye on this one as Early Access progresses.
