The PC release of Songs of Silence is available through Steam, GOG, and Humble. It looks like all three storefronts are offering a 25% discount for a limited time, bringing the normal $29.99 price down to just $22.49 until November 27th.
Songs of Silence is said to include a 15+ hour long story campaign, plus over 100 Skirmish maps. Naturally, multiplayer modes are also included.
