While World of Warcraft is only turning 20 this year, its namesake is actually turning the big 3-0. Yep, the original Warcraft came out almost 30 years ago now and Blizzard just announced a little celebration to mark the occasion.
On November 13, Blizzard will host the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct. It starts at 10AM (PT) on Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok. The Direct will feature an unspecified number of Warcraft developers as they reflect back on the last 30 years of the franchise.
Blizzard hints that there's going to be a bit shared on "what's on the horizon." So maybe you'll want to tune in for that.
After the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct airs, the World of Warcraft: 20 Years of Music concert will be broadcast. This was a concert that was produced by Helvepic and filmed back in September in Switzerland.
