Warner Bros. Games just shared the first gameplay trailer for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. This new game will offer fans the chance to play through various Quidditch matches, something that was notably absent from 2023's Hogwarts Legacy.
This "Welcome Students" trailer gives a first look at the fast-paced gameplay you will experience for yourself if you purchase the game. There will be a single player Career Mode and Online Competitive Mode to work through. There will also be a character creator and some "iconic playable characters" such as Ron Weasley and Draco Malfoy. The trailer also shows a look at the Quidditch World Cup Stadium and other magical arenas "set in iconic wizarding world locations."
Pre-orders for the digital versions of the game are also now available for Xbox and PC. The game is also coming to PlayStation, but apparently pre-orders aren't live for that platform yet. This is probably due to the fact that the game will be a part of PlayStation Plus for the month of September.
And hey, I really don't blame you if you want nothing to do with this because of the disgusting transphobic views of Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling.
Starting today, fans can pre-order the digital Editions of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). The Digital Standard Edition is $29.99 (SRP) and the Digital and Physical Deluxe Editions are $39.99 (SRP) with no plans for microtransactions in the game at this time. Players who pre-order the game will receive the Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin.
The Deluxe Edition includes the base game as well as the Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Gryffindor House Packs and 2,000 gold to spend in-game. (Gold is only earned through gameplay progression.)

The Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin will also be available as a redeemable pack, available during this time for PlayStation®Plus members. PlayStation®Plus members who download the game during this window will continue to have access to the game for as long as they remain a member.
