Crystal Dynamics is teaming up with Aspyr to bring visually enhanced versions of the original three Tomb Raider titles to modern consoles and PC. Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft is the full and official name for this work and will, as expected, include Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider II, and Tomb Raider III.
This release will include upgraded graphics, performance improvements, all expansions, and more. Fans will be able to instantly swap between the enhanced graphics and the original graphics while playing. You will also be able to use modern joystick controls or the classic "tank" controls if you're a purist.
This trilogy is going up for pre-order starting today at a price of just $29.99 (USD). Additional discounts can be found on consoles for up to 10% off. PC players that own any of the original titles can get a 20% loyalty discount. Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft is out February 14, 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and GOG.

I'm seeing some people saying it looks bad but i disagree i think it looks fine, some people say PS1 games don't look good when you modernise them but i love it, i love the flat surfaces and raw textures, high quality no emotion Lara is probably going to look weird in cutscenes but whatever it looks fine, i like that it's probably running on the original engine in the background to enable the graphics toggle feature, so it should feel correct and true to that original iconic feel of those games.
I am surprised lore accurate thin waist big boob Lara is allowed to exist in 2023, but i appreciate it.
I know there's 2 and 3 remastered, but if we're just comparing for Tomb Raider 1, I don't know which I would want more.
