In the latest public test build of Dead by Daylight, you can play as none other than Nicolas Cage. The famous actor's addition to Dead by Daylight as a new survivor was announced in May. Cage even stopped by to chat with Geoff Keighley during the Summer Game Fest to show even more footage of his appearance in the asymmetrical multiplayer game.
You can play as Nicolas Cage, as himself, in Dead by Daylight right now. You need only opt into the current Public Test Build through Steam only to give him a go. As this is technically a pre-release test, there may be some quirks here and there. If you would rather not deal with those, simply wait for the update to be pushed out to everyone at a later date.
That "later date" is July 25, 2023 at 12PM (ET). This is when the Nicolas Cage Chapter Pack will be released at the same time on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch Epic Games Store, Windows Store, and Steam.
