The annual Dawning event for Destiny 2 is once again live in Season of the Seraph. Naturally, this event is free to all players of the game regardless of what extra content they may or may not own.
Players will talk to Eva Levante in the Tower to get started on their journey of baking all sorts of cookies with all sorts of questionable ingredients. The Dawning event for Destiny 2 runs from today through to January 2.
New this year is the Event Card for the Dawning. Players will be able to complete various challenges in order to unlock rewards like an emblem, shader, and an Exotic Ghost. You can also optionally spend some money to upgrade the Event Card to unlock another Exotic Ghost, Exotic Sparrow, a new emote, and more. Those that complete their Event Cards will unlock the seasonal Seal and earn the title of "Star Baker."
Those participating in the Dawning will get to earn various weapons such as the new Legendary Pulse Rifle named Stay Frosty PR7. Naturally, there are various seasonal items available for purchase with real money through the Eververse store for the duration of the event.
