A new gameplay overview trailer for Redout 2 was revealed today. This is the sequel to the "award-winning anti-gravity racing franchise" from 34BigThings and Saber Interactive. I'll level with you all here: This game is a lot like the Wipeout game series, including the whole super-fast anti-gravity racing on wild tracks that have lots of hills, heavily banked turns, all sorts of twists and turns.
Redout 2 will feature solo and online multiplayer races. There will be 36 unique tracks offered at release, which can all be played in reverse for a total of 72 tracks. The online multiplayer supports up to 12 players on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The Nintendo Switch release caps out at 6 players.

One feature found in the first game has not yet been announced nor confirmed for inclusion in the sequel and that is VR support. The first game in VR was super awesome, so its omission from the sequel would be a bit disappointing.
Redout 2 will be out later this year for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on either Steam or the Epic Games Store.
