The PlayStation Twitter account announced that Ghostwire: Tokyo will be out on March 25, 2022. In addition to this release date reveal, PlayStation will be hosting a special gameplay showcase for Ghostwire: Tokyo tomorrow, February 3 at 2PM (PT). This showcase will take place on PlayStation's YouTube page.

The last we saw anything from Ghostwire: Tokyo came about from a previous PlayStation Showcase from back in September 2021. We were introduced to the character of Hannya at that point. The game was first announced way back at Bethesda's E3 2019 conference. Since that initial announcement, the game's original creative director, Ikumi Nakamura, left developer Tango Gameworks. More recently, Tango's parent company, Bethesda, was acquired by Microsoft.

Even with that acquisition, Ghostwire: Tokyo is still set to be a timed console exclusive for PlayStation 5 and PC.

Ghostwire: Tokyo is an action-adventure title that tasks players with taking on a paranormal threat called The Visitors. These spooky threats can take on various forms such as a kid in a raincoat, an unmarried bride, and more.

I'm going to embed the YouTube video for the PlayStation reveal that is set for tomorrow. With any luck, it should just become a live video during and after the premiere takes place.
