Sony Santa Monica Studio just revealed what PC hardware you will need in order to run God of War. The PC release of the 2018 PlayStation mega hit will be released on January 14, 2022.
Santa Monica Studio put together five different configurations that should show what you would need to run at various resolutions and framerates. These range from the lowest of 720p and 30fps up to 4K and 60fps. You can see all five configurations in the image below. I've also included them in a text format if you prefer.

In addition to the PC requirements, Santa Monica Studio and Nvidia teamed up to create a PC features trailer for God of War. God of War on PC will be able to utilize Nvidia DLSS, Nvidia Reflex, and also AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution. Of course, this upcoming PC release will feature higher-resolution shadows, better screen space reflections, better Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion (GTAO), and Screen Space Directional Occlusion (SSDO). There are also higher resolution detailed assets used in this release.
Santa Monica Studio says that God of War on PC will be "a beautiful, crisp visual experience."
God of War for the PC can be pre-ordered right now through either Steam or the Epic Games Store.
