CD Projekt Red released a new gameplay video for Cyberpunk 2077 that shows off the game running on Xbox hardware. Specifically, we get a look at the game running on the Xbox One X along with the Xbox Series X.

However, it should be noted here that the Series X footage is of the One X version of the game. It's merely running through backwards compatibility. That is to say, there are no visual enhancements or optimizations being made to the game via a dedicated Series X update. That next-gen update is coming in 2021 from CD Projekt Red.

This footage comes from a recent Night City Wire episode. CD Projekt Red took the time to show off the game running on Xbox hardware. The "scenes shown offer yet another glimpse into the world of the dark future players will be able to dive deep into when they begin their journey in Night City come December."

CD Projekt Red says that there is PlayStation gameplay coming soon.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on December 10, 2020 for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Stadia.
