A look at the biggest new releases on Steam for November.

Valve has once again put out their list of the top new releases made on Steam. This time we're taking a look at the games that made the biggest splashes on Steam for November 2019.

Right out of the gate, Valve notes that there seems to be a good mix of games hitting the top spots in November. There are mixes between long-established franchises like Age of Empires and Football Manager with new games like FrenzyRetribution and Lost Ember.

Also of note for November are the number of non-gaming focused franchises that have made a splash in the gaming world last month. There are some new games for fans of Gundam, Game of Thrones, Terminator, Warhammer, and Star Wars. I suppose the argument could be made that all of these have already had established game releases over the years, but their "main" focus isn't in the realm of gaming.

Also of note this week is the fact that the nominations for the 2019 Steam Awards is now complete. The community voting will open on Thursday, December 19 at 1PM (ET). This also marks the time at which the annual Steam Holiday Sale will begin. The winners will be announced on New Year's Eve.
