Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Shadow of the Tomb Raider was officially released today on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It technically came out two days ago for those that purchased the more expensive packages, but for everyone that just bought the "basic" $60 (USD) version, today is the big day.
“With Shadow of the Tomb Raider, our development team has done a marvelous job of creating a compelling conclusion to Lara’s origin story, while still showcasing our strengths as a studio,” said David Anfossi, Head of Studio at Eidos-Montréal. “Eidos-Montréal prides itself on building captivating, immersive worlds and Shadow of the Tomb Raider reinforces that pedigree in a significant way.”

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Lara must master a deadly jungle, overcome terrifying tombs, and persevere through her darkest hour. As she races to save the world from a Maya apocalypse, Lara will be forged into the Tomb Raider she is destined to be.

This specific game was handled by the Deus Ex studio, Eidos-Montreal instead of the usual team at Crystal Dynamics. Don't worry though, Crystal Dynamics still had a minor role in the game's development.

I've been playing it for the past couple of days now on the PC. I will say that if you were a fan of the previous two releases, you will probably enjoy this one. I've had a few technical hiccups though, with at least one of those issues supposedly being fixed in a patch that was just released today. This game also seems to put a lesser focus on combat and a larger focus on puzzle solving.
