If you thought that it was difficult to purchase a GPU right now due to all of the cryptocurrency mining that is currently going on, you haven't seen nothing yet. Manufacturers are already rushing to get crypto mining hardware packages out to the masses. This has already been a thing for a while but it's honestly the first time it's reached the point where press releases are being sent out about it.

Cut to today's announcement from Maingear and eSports brand Unikrn. They're teaming up to make UnikoinGold mining capable PCs. That's right, you can get your very own all-in-one mining machine for some free bitcoin mining.

The two planned machines are the Maingear ACM (Advanced Crypto Miner) and the Maingear ACM Pro. The "Pro" stands for Professional. Probably. Each of these machines will allow you to mine Etherium or Unikrn's UnikoinGold (UKG).
The new MAINGEAR ACM is engineered to be the ultimate crypto mining system with a desktop form. Featuring a unique cube-shaped chassis and options for MAINGEAR automotive paint finishes and MARC II full coverage artwork, the MAINGEAR ACM is designed to look as good as it performs. For professional installations, the MAINGEAR ACM PRO will offer additional expansion as well as a rack mountable chassis.

In addition to that, Maingear says that any purchases of their computers (priced between $3,000 (USD) and $30,000) can be used for UKG. All of their machine packages will offer customers an option for an "exclusive native link to Unikrn Connekt, which uniquely allows gamers to earn UnikoinGold for playing ranked matches of their favorite games, tracks their stats and performance and more on the Unikrn platform."

So it seems as though Unikrn Connekt is like Xfire. Remember Xfire? Good times.

Anyway, the short of it is that there are cryptocurrency mining machines coming later this year from Maingear. They're probably going to cost you a small fortune and/or an arm and a leg. Here are some pictures of what you can expect them to look like.
