A YouTuber that picked up The Order: 1886 early has already put up a full playthrough of the game on his channel. User PlayMeThrough has uploaded his 18 part series that goes from the very start of the game up through the very end. The total time for the game was right around five and a half hours.

Some people, including a few developers in the industry, are claiming that the person did a speedrun of the game. The problem is, you can clearly see through the video evidence that this is not the case. Did he examine every single nook and cranny? No, but unless you're going for 100% your first time through, chances are most people will play in a similar fashion. It's even clear that he died a few times and since it's impossible to skip the game's cutscenes, there were no shortcuts there either.

As far as actual gameplay is concerned, PlayMeThrough mentioned that roughly half of the game time is taken up by cutscenes. That means out of those 5.5 hours, about two hours and 45 minutes of it is taken up by unskippable cutscenes. He does note that some of the cutscenes are slightly interactive, usually boiling down to a QTE here and there.

In related news, another person who obtained the game early notes that it took them about nine hours to get 100% in the game and a Platinum trophy. The NeoGAF user notes that he took his time, "explored every possible zone," "listened to all pedestrian conversations," and obtained almost every collectable in the game on one playthrough. He admits that this game is "pretty short" as well.

Keep in mind that The Order: 1886 is a full priced title ($60 USD) that features no multiplayer and no New Game+ type of mode. The first video of PlayMeThrough's series is embedded below. The full playlist can be found here if you wish to skip around from video to video. As this is obviously a full playthrough of an unreleased game, there will be nothing but spoilers.
