Sony attempts to justify this move by claiming it's a "natural direction" in order to "adapt to consumer trends as the general preference for digital media significantly outpaces physical discs."...

This is Diablo 4 at its best. I mean it this time. For real.

Returning to the world of Sanctuary for this latest chapter feels like a true homecoming for those of us who have spent hundreds of hours traversing its dark and unforgiving landscapes since the base game launched back in 2023. The release of the Lord of Hatred expansion marks a significant step forward in the narrative that was originally set in motion during the initial campaign and furthered by the events of the Vesse...

    No funny business.

It's been a little while since we had a NewsBits here and I figure we were about due. That, and I had a bunch of emails that I simply did not want to write numerous, separate stories for. This one will be a boring, by the numbers NewsBits. There will be no funny business here. No laughs. No guffaws. And there certainly won't be any cackles.

Prices expected to increase up to 50% every quarter until late 2026.

The ever rising demands of AI, new data center builds, a stock shortage, and the end of DDR4 have caused a surge in prices for PC memory. This is especially true for DDR5 memory, which has seen its average price skyrocket since September 2025.

Stalker 2 Leaving Xbox Game Pass Sparks Fan Backlash Over 'Unfinished' State

A few additional titles will also be removed.

A handful of titles are set to leave Xbox Game Pass on November 16, 2025. • How Many Games Did You Complete in 2025?
    by Shawn Zipay
Make up your own definition of "complete."

Was 2025 a big year for game completions for you, or were you more of a "stick to one never-ending, live-service game for the entire year" sort of player?

For this, you can take whatever definition you want as a game "completion." Beat the main story? Earned 100% of the game's achievements? Or simply played enough that you're satisfied with what you accomplished and have no plans to return any time...
